Notice is hereby given of the 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Queensland Agricultural Teachers Association Incorporated.

Members must be financial at the time of meeting and are reminded to pay their subscriptions which were due on the 1st January 2019. 

The business conducted will be according to the agenda that will be emailed to members.

Any general business needs to be received no later than 1 day before the AGM, being the 16th October 2019.

Proxies must be received by the AGM chair prior to the commencement of the AGM using the attached Proxy form that will be emailed to members.

Please note a new executive will be required for this year. Bob Hibbard has agreed to continue on the executive in one of the roles for another year. All positions will be called vacant and nominations via the attached form must be received at qata@mail.tidyhq.com by no later than the 16th October 2019, 1 day before the AGM.
